You can permanently delete your oigochat account or request the deletion of your data within a specific date range. When you fill out the form below, a request message will be prepared and opened in your email client.
Send your request from the email address you used when creating your oigochat account. Identity verification is performed this way: if the sender address does not match the account email, the request will not be processed.

Copy the text below and send it to contact@oigoworks.com from the email address registered to your account.
What happens next?
- Your request arrives at contact@oigoworks.com and the sender address is matched with your account.
- We will confirm receipt of your request by replying to the same address within 3 business days at the latest.
- Deletion will be completed within 30 days at the latest under privacy regulations, and your data will be permanently deleted or anonymized.
