Privacy Notice
This notice explains the personal data we process through the oigoworks website and our contact channels, in line with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Türkiye's Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK).
This notice covers visitors and prospective customers who use the oigoworks website (www.oigoworks.com) or contact us by email or WhatsApp. Data processed while using oigoworks products (oigohotel, oigodesk, oigochat and others) is governed by that product's own privacy notice and the contract with the customer.

About the contact form: the form on our site does not send your details to our server. When you click "Send," your message opens ready in WhatsApp; it only reaches us if you send it from WhatsApp.
3. Purposes
- Answering your demo, quote and information requests and communicating with you,
- Carrying out pre-contract steps for the product or service you request,
- Keeping the site secure and detecting abuse and attacks,
- With your consent, producing anonymous usage statistics to improve the site,
- Meeting our legal obligations and requests from competent authorities.
4. Legal bases
- Steps prior to entering into a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b); KVKK Art. 5/2-c): your quote, demo and information requests.
- Legitimate interests (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f); KVKK Art. 5/2-f): server security logs and request follow-up.
- Legal obligation (GDPR Art. 6(1)(c); KVKK Art. 5/2-ç): statutory retention and reporting duties.
- Consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a); KVKK Art. 5/1): analytics cookies and the related international transfer. You can withdraw consent at any time in the cookie settings.
5. Recipients and international transfers
We do not sell your personal data or share it for advertising. Data may be shared only with the following recipients, limited to the stated purpose:
- Hosting and email service providers: to run the site and our email.
- Google LLC (Google Analytics): only if you consent to analytics cookies. Data may be processed on servers outside your country.
- WhatsApp (Meta Platforms): if you choose to write to us on WhatsApp, the conversation runs on WhatsApp's infrastructure under its own privacy terms; data may be processed abroad.
- Competent public authorities: where legally required.
6. How we collect data
Your personal data is provided by you through the contact form, email, WhatsApp and meetings, and collected automatically through server logs and (with your consent) cookies.
7. Retention
- Requests and correspondence: up to 2 years after the request is closed; if it becomes a contract, for the term of the contract and the period required by law.
- Server security logs: for as long as the security purpose requires, then deleted or anonymised.
- Analytics cookies: for the durations listed in the Cookie Policy.
Data whose retention period has ended is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.
8. Your rights
Under the GDPR and KVKK you have the right to:
- Access your personal data and learn whether and how it is processed,
- Have inaccurate or incomplete data corrected,
- Have your data erased,
- Restrict or object to processing,
- Receive your data in a portable format (data portability),
- Know the third parties your data is transferred to,
- Object to a decision against you based solely on automated processing,
- Withdraw consent at any time, without affecting processing carried out before withdrawal,
- Lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority — the data protection authority in your EU country, or Türkiye's Personal Data Protection Board.
9. Making a request
Send your request to contact@oigoworks.com with enough information for us to verify your identity. We respond free of charge within 30 days.

Where do my details go when I fill in the contact form?
The form doesn't send your details to our server; it opens your message ready in WhatsApp. Your details only reach us if you send the message from WhatsApp. You can also email contact@oigoworks.com directly.
How do I ask for my data to be deleted?
Email your deletion request to contact@oigoworks.com. We complete it within 30 days.
