What is transfer software?
Every transfer is tied to a flight, a vehicle and a driver.

What does airport transfer software do?
It brings transfer bookings, price calculation, vehicle and driver assignment, vouchers and the daily operations list into one system. Who arrives on which flight, which vehicle and driver go, and the margin on the job are visible on one screen.
How are flight details tracked?
Flight number, arrival/departure time and terminal are saved on the booking, and the operations list is sorted by pickup time. The name for the welcome sign is kept on the booking too.
How do I set transfer prices?
You enter a pricing rule per route and vehicle type: validity dates, weekdays and time window, night surcharge, extra person and luggage fees, supplier cost and minimum selling price. Bookings are priced from these rules.
How do drivers get their jobs?
The operations team assigns a driver and vehicle to each transfer; driver confirmation, actual pickup and drop-off times and notes are recorded. Every change is kept in the operations log.
Can I take online transfer bookings on my website?
Yes, a transfer booking form with online payment is built into your website to fit your needs. We plan it together with our custom web development service.
